LESSON PLANS

The foundation of any good lesson starts with having a clear goal, organized thoughts, and creative ideas. Here are a few examples of lesson plans I have created.

IMG_8593.JPG

LESSON PLAN 1

7th Grade Science

Welcome to the island of Hungry Hungry Hippos! Create your hippo by playing the genetic lottery, then go head to head with a classmate to see which hippo will rise to the top of the food chain to pass on it's genetics and which one will face extinction! Click HERE to access the lesson plan.

LESSON PLAN 2

High School AP Biology

The principal has taken away the vending machines and students can no longer access the energy giving snacks that help them stay awake and pay attention in class!? Students must now make an informed protest video/skit, showcasing how glucose from food is transformed through cellular respiration into the energy giving ATP they need and change the principal's mind! Click HERE to access the lesson plan.

LESSON PLAN 3

Middle/High School Volleyball

Controlling a serve is one of the most important aspects of volleyball. In this game, players must get their serve over the net and in the court. Should they miss, they will become a star fish and lay down on the other side of the net. If a player serves and touches any part of them, they switch with the server and the game continues until only one server remains! Click HERE to view lesson plan
